Hi! I'm Cary
I’ve spent most of my career helping companies understand their customers — digging into what people need, feel, and value. Over time, I realized it wasn’t enough to help organizations understand people; I wanted to help people understand themselves. That realization is what led me to coaching.
I bring the same curiosity and care that shaped my professional work into my coaching practice. I create a space for exploration, reflection, and imagining what’s possible — a space where you can pause, reconnect, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Like many, I’ve faced my own challenges, including a journey through breast cancer that reshaped how I see life and what truly matters. It deepened my empathy and reinforced my belief that growth, even in difficult times, can lead to powerful transformation.
